As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Reid Consultancy Services, she has successfully trained over 6,000 professionals across the Caribbean and has led high-impact projects in areas ranging from EHS compliance and risk management to sustainability certifications and business development.
Rodesha is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and holds credentials in HACCP, EFR CPR/AED instruction, sustainability project design, and collaborative social accountability. Her hands-on experience spans top-tier resorts, international development projects, and regional hotel associations. She continues to support businesses in elevating standards, reducing risks, and embedding sustainability into everyday operations.
Kamal Griffith: Creative Projects and Multimedia Consultant
Kamal Griffith is a versatile creative professional specializing in graphic design, photography, and media. As the founder of Limitless Designs, he has delivered impactful branding and visual content for notable clients such as Teddyson John, Lyrikal, NURC, and Vybe Radio.
His portfolio spans logo design, promotional graphics, and event photography, all marked by a clean aesthetic and strategic focus. Kamal also hosts the afternoon drive-time show on Vybe Radio, bringing energy and cultural connection to the airwaves.

Mitchera Joseph is a final year Bachelor’s degree student in Environmental Studies and Sustainability, passionate about advancing sustainable development through education and industry best practices. With nine years of experience as an educator, she brings a strong background in learning, leadership, and community engagement to every project she undertakes.
Mitchiera holds a Green Globe Certification in Hospitality, demonstrating her commitment to integrating sustainable practices within the tourism and service sectors. She has also completed a Lead Auditor Certification through Udemy, equipping her with essential skills in auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement.
With a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience, Mitchiera is dedicated to creating meaningful, results-driven solutions that contribute to long-term environmental and community resilience.
